In order to receive the certification, employees are asked about their satisfaction on a representative and anonymous basis in accordance with the global Great Place to Work® standard. Certification requires a result of at least 65% approval from employees in Germany and a participation rate defined according to statistical criteria. The survey focuses on the topics of leadership, trust, recognition, promotion, care, cooperation, team spirit and identification with the company.

The certification is given for one year. “This award confirms our commitment to a positive and supportive working environment in which every employee can develop their full potential,” emphasizes Anna Jurisch. “It’s the culture of collaboration and respect that we have. Our employees are not just colleagues, but above all team members who support and encourage each other. It is important to us that everyone is heard and valued, regardless of position or department.
