In the beautiful valley there lie the reservoirs Silvretta, Kops, Vermunt and Lünersee, which are used by the hydroelectric power stations of Vorarlberger Illwerke. With its power provided as control energy, Vorarlberger Illwerke makes an important contribution to a stable network in Germany and Europe.
With the aid of our systems, the quantities of energy generated and consumed are detected using our RMR systems. The ProCoS control centre allocates the metered values to the individual Illwerke customers and provides them with the value via a standardised interface.
The system is designed with redundancy throughout – from the meter to the control centre, with main and check metering, compensation in the control system and plausibility checking. The switchover from server to client takes place automatically, as does the data backup.
