Change in the management
As an industry pioneer for telecontrol technology, we have our sights firmly set on the future, and even with the completed change in management, we set the course for innovation and experience at an early stage. Ronald Vrancken had been SAE's managing director alongside Joachim Schuster since January 2022. After 40 years of service, Mr. Schuster gradually withdrew from the company. Ronald Vrancken, Managing Director of Lacroix Environment Activity also took on the role of CEO of SAE in the middle of the year. A true industry veteran with years of management experience in Germany's
largest German electronics group, Ronald Vrancken is just the right person to tackle the challenges of the future. -

The gateway to the world market opened
With its products and solutions for the application areas electricity, water, gas, district heating and infrastructure, SAE IT-systems has been known and successful in the German-speaking area for years.
In order to expand this success internationally, we were looking for a strategic partner who not only has the appropriate international structures and networks and fit in with us from a technological point of view, but who also has a similar corporate culture and business philosophy.
We found each other! SAE IT-systems joins the LACROIX Group. -
